Disclaimer & Copyright Policy

Infoverse respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will review and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the removed content;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number; and
  5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your federal district court.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
